Thanksgiving Card and SVG file

This card was made for a swap I am in. To make this card I once again used Penny's cut file for the edges and then I used store bought embellishments to complete my card.

How I made this card. This card is 3 layers. I glued 2 pieces of paper back to back with spray adhesive. (note: you can skip this step if you have double sided paper.) Then I cut them on my Cricut. After I cut them I flipped the large triangle backward and then folded the large triangle under the small triange. When you do that the back side get flipped up and you can then see the design from that side. After I was done I turned my card over face down and sprayed the backside with spray adhesive and then layed a 3rd sheet of paper face down on the back side of the card giving the front of the card a background color inbetween the triangles.
NOTE: When using spray adhesive hold your paper in a large trash can or bucket so the spray will not get all over everything. Also you can use a clothes pen to hold the paper on the very edge instead of holding it with your fingers so you won't get the glue on you.

CLICK HERE to get this file in my Volume 1 set of svg files...ENJOY!!

If you want just the cuts you will need to go to Penny's website....ENJOY!!

Hi Wanda, This is really a lovely card. The folding technique is very clever and you have proved your fantastic talent once again. Penny's ideas are always the best as well.

I'm finally here. LOL Oh my gosh! It was so worth the trip and the wait.
Your cards and tags with the cut folds are amazing, Wanda. I love them so much.

Do you ever do something really stupid? I had it in my mind for several days that we were leaving tomorrow. When I had everything ready to go I ran to pick up our meds before going to the volleyball tournament. When I went to date my check I realized this was Tue. and we don't leave until Thur. Well DUH! Wait...I mean YIPEEEE. Now I had time to visit, download, and I can spend tomorrow cutting these so I can take them along to work on. It will help pass the time in the van and waiting at the test Friday.
I guess all things happen for a good reason. LOL
Thank you so much for sharing.
Big Big Hugs!

How do I get the pattern for the cutting and folding. Is the exacto knife the thing you use to make the cuts. I also love the Christmas tree one. I only have the baby bug and am not real computer savy, but I would love to try that folding pattern---it is stricking---Thank You Nancy Hjortness mtbootleggerz@msn.com
